Pre-Authorized Payment Options
Never worry about your membership running out and being without service when you need it.
By signing up for Automatic Renewal, you authorize CAA Manitoba to auto-debit your bank account or credit card provided for the amount owing on an annual basis. Payments will be processed within three days of your membership expiry date. Sign up for Automatic Renewal (Requires Login).
Pay your membership in 12 convenient equal monthly installments. By signing up for our Monthly Payment Plan, CAA Manitoba will auto-debit your bank account or credit card provided.
Monthly payments are automatically withdrawn on the first business day following your expiry date. This day may vary from month to month due to weekends and holidays.
If you join between the 1st and 15th of the month, monthly payments are debited from your account on the 16th. If you join between the 16th and the end of the month, payments are debited on the 1st of the following month. If the payment date occurs on a weekend or holiday, payment is processed the next business day.
If you choose to pay by direct withdrawal from your financial institution, please fill out the pre-authorized debit (PAD) agreement and submit it with a void cheque at any CAA store. Your membership will be activated upon receipt of your PAD agreement.

Pre-authorized debit (PAD) terms and conditions
When you sign up for pre-authorized debit (PAD) payments through your financial institution, you authorize CAA Manitoba to debit the bank account provided to pay for the amount owing as outlined on your annual membership statement. The entire pre-authorized payment program shall apply indefinitely unless revoked by the member. If a member revokes authorization, the membership will remain valid until the expiry date, at which time, the member may choose another payment method for their membership renewal. CAA Manitoba reserves the right to cancel any membership due to non-payment of monthly or annual balances due.
Membership dues are subject to change annually which will affect the monthly payment or annual payment amount. CAA Manitoba will provide a statement approximately 30 days prior to the expiry date.
Canceling a PAD agreement
You, the Payor, may revoke your authorization at any time, by providing 30 days' notice. You also have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with the agreement. For example, you have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with the PAD agreement. To obtain a sample cancellation form, or for more information on your right to cancel or your recourse rights, contact your financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.
